MOAA’s chapters are critical in helping us do this by building grass roots support for MOAA’s legislative goals in their congressional districts. Chapter members let their legislators know what’s on their minds and open doors for MOAA’s legislative team.
Annual Chapter dues are $50, payable at the beginning of each calendar year. We also offer a Life Membership option:

NAME TAGS: If you are a new member (or a current renewing member wishing to order a name tag), please contact Naples Awards at 239-774-2410 to order a name tag. They have our standard design template. Provide them with the name you’d like on the name tag and, if applicable, your rank (COL, CPT, etc.), your service branch (USA, USN, USMC, etc.), and RET if you’re retired from the military. Each name tag costs $15.00. Be sure to mention your are from MOASWF so you won’t be charged sales tax.
NOTE: National MOAA and local affiliate membership are two distinct memberships. Submitting your dues payment through this online application is for chapter dues (joins/renewals) only. If you are attempting to join/renew for National MOAA, please go to http://moaa.org/join.
